Sustaining Donors

Like our Founders, the support of our Sustainers is an important part of the Foundation’s ability to continue serving the community. While the Founders provided a “Foundation” to get us started, the Sustainer gifts will continue to advance our mission to serve the needs of today and tomorrow. All Sustainer gifts will also receive a $2,500 match from the Kansas Health Foundation towards our Smoky Hills Healthy Living Fund and our Smoky Hills Administrative Fund through the end of 2016.
