Smoky Hills Charitable Foundation accepting grant applications ELLSWORTH, Kan.—The Smoky Hills Charitable Foundation is now accepting applications for fall grants. Online applications are due Tuesday, September 15, 2020. Last fall, the Kanopolis Strategic Doing group identified the need to repair and paint an old Quonset as well as replace the large garage door to the building.
